Secondly - it is ILLEGAL to claim to be an attorney if they are not licensed - and wouldn't a REAL attorney know it is illegal to make threats like that.

The full of it they called three family members looking for me stating I owe money —- all lies don’t pay attention they are scammers

restricted number called saying i was summons to go to court but when they tried to serve me noon e was home so they gave me a phone number to call, I called and spoke with madison at ext 101 and she said i owe 1,300 on credit card, i can pay all at once or if i make a pymt plan it will go up to 2,100 and if i decide against that they can sue me for 10,000.

1-877-470-137 has stopped taking my calls. I am blocked all together. They tried that mess with me too. Shame folks are always willing to go to jail over greed

Got a call first from an unknown number. Was told they tried to serve me, papers came back undeliverable??? I was to call the 877-460-1370 and ask for Tom Morgan to get my case removed from docket. A woman came to phone named Jennifer. Said I owed over $5k to Providian Visa needed to pay by Friday. I was not given a company name or anything. Just a case number to reference when I call back.
