- anonymous replies to deleted postOr 50 positive posts written by 1 or just a few scammers - FYI, it's called salting the mine. THIS IS A SCAM. Cute scam-story with the same result - borrowers sending real money through Western Union for a loan that won't show up.
- From a REAL personAll I have to say is SCAM!!!!!!!!! Thanks to all the real, knowledgable people. If Western Union, The Attorney General, consumer bureau and the licensing bureau say it's a scam I believe them over the people who supposedly got a loan from them. Save your hard earned money. A good honest company will come along and help

- wowisallicansay| 3 repliesWOW! Called this number (877-461-2503 ext 802) to find out about a $5000 loan I had applied for. The guy said that I was approved for a 3 year loan at 8.5% interest and my monthly payments were going to be $157.50. Okay sounding good to me so far. Then he says I need to secure the loan with prepayment of 5 months for $787.50 WTF!!! if I had money like that why in the hell would I be trying to get a loan???? I told the guy it sounded like a scam and he stated that it was not a scam and that I needed to start making good choices in life since I was in a bad spot and couldn't get a loan from a bank. I then said I was going to be making a "good choice" and hung up the phone. Places like this need to be shut down. Why can't there be a honest business out there to help hard working people who are down on their luck to get ahead a little bit. I have a child who is terminally ill and need some finacial assistance, but nobody out here wants to help without trying to scam me. Hopefully they get what they deserve!!! Wish I had read these posts prior to the call, would of saved me some time.

- anonymous replies to deleted postAnd "the person whom its beig paid out to" is simply a *name* to the receiving Western Union office. *Anyone* with the right *name* on a forged ID, the scammer can pick up the money though gender would be difficult to forge, LOL!
- anonymous replies to deleted postWow, SILENCER22 must be the enforcer for the scammers. Could SILENCER22 possibly mean a .22 gun with a silencer? You've threatened my life and I'm quaking in my pajamas! Your logic is faulty as well - "U never done biznes with this company so shut ur trappin pie hole" is as stupid as don't knock jumping off a tall building until you've tried it! Hahahahahahaha!
- Scam replies to wowisallicansay| 2 repliesI agree with u. I have been talking to the same person. He keeps talking in circles. It's also funny how they all of sudden want to sue!! And for what!??!! No money was exchanged. Go ahead and sue. But I know they're not they've been reported to the Attorney General. Wish u the best.
- Deborah Ivey and James Ivey replies to Scam| 1 replyWe actually stopped the transfer and got our money before it was scammed from us. When told we knew it was a scam, the "loan agent" got very mad and began cursing and threatening and all kinds of things. We have gone through the appropriate channels for fraud and id theft.
- Congrats replies to Deborah Ivey and James IveyGood. It amazes me people have no problem taking our hard earned money. A red flag went up when the agent kept calling me asking when I was going to the Western Union. And when I asked for the info up front to fill out the money gram he wouldn't. Then when he gave me a guys name and not the company to send it to...another red flag. When I told him I wasn't going to do it he threatened to sue me!! Wow he wants to go that route?? I was hopeful it was real and let that get the best of me. I really needed that money. I have called and reported them to Western Union, my states attorney general, BBB and consumer fraud. It just makes me sick I almost sent them over $1000 and they have NO problem taking MY money and running. Do they even know what they are doing?? That would've taken food out of my kids mouth and screwed me for other bills. I am glad u 2 didn't lose out. No real business would start cursing at the potential customer.
- wow replies to deleted postWow...You should know about privacy laws. After this post from you...I REFUSE to send any money. "Westfield Loan" are a bunch of scammers. I think you dug your own hole on this one.
- again wow replies to deleted postyou can't even spell. use that money for school
- Really replies to deleted postBecause they want money--DUH! . Why else would they...think about it...was it really that hard to see that??
- your and idiot replies to deleted postsounds like this person does know what they are talking about. Maybe you should learn to read...better yet...how bout you get a real a job instead of scamming people who do.
- anonymous replies to deleted postAnd *how* would victims get an application or figure out how to even apply if they weren't solicited in some fashion, pray tell? It's a matter of which came first, the application or the solicitation. Solicitation might be a web site, phone calls, printed flyers, internet ads, etc. Obviously one has to *see* or *hear* about it before one can apply unless you wish to claim your applicants are psychic! Hahahahahahaha! THIS IS A SCAM. For *so* many reasons ... the last one being resorting to personal attacks and threats when you've lost the debate. Dumb fudgepackling moron? Can I use that or did you copyright it?
- anonymous replies to deleted postI *know* you're a scammer posing as the real Iveys as the real Iveys said they'd killed the WU transfer and gotten their money back a few posts down, *AND* your alleged boss H.V.N-csr *confirms* it on page 1. If you gotta lie, please lie convincingly. Won't get far as a scammer until you do!
- anonymous replies to deleted post"we dont even have you in our database?" I hope to God not because no lender should *ever* make loans to a borrower named "anonymous!" Hahahahahahaha! Not that it matters but I refuse to do business with your company for the same reason I won't jump off a tall skyscraper! Hahahahahahaha! You say your company decided not to fund the Iveys while the Iveys say they got WU to stop the transfer. I choose to believe the Iveys because I advised them to get their money back from WU before a warm body with the right name on a forged ID tries to pick up the money. But don't despair, many borrowers change their minds and all reputable lenders understand perfectly except you apparently which is strange behavior for a lender. I'll make a deal with you - if you can show by logical reasoning how your company isn't scamming people, I'll endorse your loan model, fair enough? But I have to be fully satisfied or I won't endorse, OK? You need to explain points I've raised in other parts of this thread - that advance payments for a loan before the borrower actually receives the loan are *ILLEGAL* by FTC regulation so what would exempt your company and/or loan model, that an advance fee makes no sense because it's nothing but a senseless straight return of principal with no interest component, how an $1,100 advance fee on a $10,000 loan would screen out deadbeats as claimed by poster Steve Jesup, why must borrowers Western Union the advance instead of writing a check since all reputable lenders have bank accounts while your company apparently does not, and why was the Iveys' advance going to Canada while being told it would go to NY as claimed by the Iveys? These 5 questions are just for starters, more will follow. You don't seem to understand when it comes to money, people like to be careful and the actions of your company (and their obvious posts on this thread!) are so SCAMMY! Go ahead and prove me wrong! Hahahahahahaha! And it is *SO* *UNCOOL* to suggest borrowers' personal data could be released with their permission - most would view this as a threat, and *no* reputable lender would *ever* stoop so low as to suggest it. THIS IS A SCAM.
- curiousSo I never get on here and post, but I thought this might be worth it. I got a call from a William Stone telling me I was approved for the loan, I got him to fax over the forms for me to sign and send back, almost did but I am sitting here reading all of this negativity toward this Westfield Loan Center as it is stated on the top of his fax cover letter I have from them.. Anyways I never sent my money in and am now glad that I have not. My next question is what happen to all of the post that were up on here? I read through all of them and now half of them have been deleted, (the ones about this being a legit company and all) Get real I almost put a good chunk of money down for this scam. I really hope I am wrong but I have been doing my research and this is definitely part of a scam.. If its not please feel free to post at me and let me know how the company can be proven legit.
Thank you- Caller: Westfield Loan Center

They told me I had to make a payment of 787.50 and then the money would be deposited into my account. they money was never deposited. When i contacted them again they said I needed to make another payment of 787.50 and the money would be deposited. The money was never deposited. I contacted them again and they siad I had a insurance I needed to payment of 1000 before i could get my money, they siad I would have a check in a week. A week later no check. I contacted them again and they siad it was sent to wrong address they would reissue a check, and it would be here in a week. it has been over a month and I have not received my money. We have contacted them everyday for a month. they will not answer or get very rude and tell us the check is in the mail. Now when we call its a busy signal or this is not a working number.
