They called my daughter and left message. When called was asked if would like to speak with the attorney. Was told that is for a credit card that was unpaid for First Bank of Delaware. There is nothing on my credit about this nor has there been. All credit cards are showing current or paid in full.  I don't remember ever getting a credit card through them. Also for them to call my grown daughter who I have never used as a reference about this.

Got a call from blocked number saying they are process servers and to call this number I did so and was told I was being sued by a phone company I have never had service with. I said sorry Iv never had this service I’ll despite this she said Um idk about that but what’s your address and social I said I’m homeless and hung up

They called a couple hours ago and when I called back I got nothing then they called back again and I was transferred and said that I owed Bank of America 7k on a credit card, they were going to send me a financial affidavit and said a judgment was already filed against me, after letting that B!tch know I work in a law firm and whatever they have isn't valid, I asked for certain information she tried to get loud and then she hung up.  I might take it upon myself and spam call them every day this week.  See if they enjoy it.

It's a collection agency.

They called my son's cell phone and said there was a subpoena for me and the police had been trying to contact me, gave him a case # and phone#. I called and gave the case # and was connected to a Brian Richardson who said he was calling for Blackwell Bristol and Associates and there was a lawsuit against me for nonpayment of a Chase credit card.  I told him I never had a Chase credit card, he basically called me a liar, put me on hold and came back asking if there was a reason I hadn't paid.  I said is there a reason you called my son with a bunch of nonsense about a subpoena and police and he told me that never happened.  I hung up and called the law firm and they verified it was a scam.

Right on! Do it. Lol. I just someone calling with the same BS.

Received call saying they tried to serve me documents for a civil case and they were returned undeliverable. They told me to call a Mr. Tony Morgan back to discuss.

These scammers not only called me, they called my husband and mother too.  They left a message saying they were calling from the County Process Servers Office.  They said they were contacted to serve up court documents to me but my address as undeliverable.  To avoid any further legal confrontations, I needed to call the attorney's office of John Andrews.  So I called to find out what it was about.  They told me I owed $5k to a credit card company I opened in 2002 and stopped paying.  They actually scared me because they had ALOT of personal details of mine but by no means had I stopped paying any of my bills.  To be safe, I told her I would look in to it and call her back.  I called the next day and started asking questions about their company such as their company name and address. This time, they told me it was Bristol and Associates.  She also said she wasn't at liberty to give me their address (huge red flag).  So then I said, "Legally you are required...." and she cut me off in a loud voice and said, "Legally I am not required to do anything..." and then hung up on me!!! LOL!!!! BEWARE!!! Any reputable Collection Agency HAS to give you their company name and address.  They also have to send you a Validation Letter in writing especially if you request it.  Anyone claiming they cannot do this is a scam!!  Here is some good information from the Federal Trade Commission about Fake Debt Collectors.

Just got a called today and they called my sister in law i have a balance from 2010 to an HSBC credit card i dont even remember having a credit card ??

They called claiming to be a message for my father about a Servicing department -- claimed to be from "Bristol law firm" -- they hung up after I started asking clarifying questions. Seems like a scam.

My husband let me listen to a message from this number. This person left a message in his mailbox intended for me. He said that he is Mr. Tony Morgan and I have court papers that were returned to him indicating that the forms were undeliverable. Please people. We have to watch calls like this. Put the number in as a keyword and you'll find all reviews (mostly bad) about people owing money on a credit card they don't even have. THIS IS A SCAM! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS!

I had called the company and they had nothing on me.they told me it was probably a scam. Everytime I try to call them back I get busy signal for 4 times then the telephone hangs up. even the company tried to call them and they hung up on them
