Robo-call with female voice. When you hear the voice message, it's "already in progress" so it sounds like you are the one who initiated the call and you are asked to press a button if you want to change your password to some bogus account. This is a spoof call with the name "Goldman Sachs" - who knows who they really are. It's a scam.

No trouble with your credit card --- BUT

Called and left message, "I know we've talked in the past, and we would love to have you as a subscriber, but before we ask you put up any money to subscribe to our service, we'd like to give you a freebie.  Our free thing this week is GEO Finance Corp, symbol GEFI.  It's a super low quote, super low price and they're doing big things.  Bar charts say it's about to break out.  80% buy ratio right now.  Take a look at it.  Whether you make money on it or not, we'll call you next week so that you can see our track record before we actually talk to you.  We would love to have you as a subscriber, but we understand we have to earn your trust first and that is why you are getting this call.    Please take a look at it, GEFI, GEO Finance Corp.  My name again is Chris and I'll be calling you next week.  Thanks very much."

Note, they NEVER announced who they were with???  I certainly have never spoken to whomever it is...

877.465.3626 just called, left no message.  must not have been important, right?  assume it's another bogus call, have been getting them lately.  this one from Goldman Saks.  i will not answer.

I just got this same call.  Thanks for posting the message in such detail so I could easily ID that it was the same one I got.  So tired of these intrusions and we are even on the Do Not Call list for pity!

Voice message received from a number and person I have never called. They did not provide a return telephone number or identify the company they worked for.

Same exact call.  I looked at GEFI and the stock has been trading between 10 and 20 cents for the last ten years (basically worthless).  Sounds like a "pump and dump" stock scam.

I also just got a call from them.  "Chris" left a voice mail with this same script.  I didn't heard him say Goldman Sachs though.  This is a first...I've never received a phone call promoting penny stocks.

They just called and didn't leave a message. I've been receiving more and more of these types of messages. Is that normal, or has my number been put on a list? I made complaints with a hotel chain and I suspect the employees are vindictive. Could also be from some craigslist ads that I responded to...

I smell a scam.  Report to the on-line complaint sites of the FCC, FTC and the DoNotCall.gov site (no matter how much you think it's worthless to do so)!

Calling to advertise AHII stock.

This number has been calling trying to sell stuff. Today was a stock but it's hard to follow and may not always be stocks. There's no announcement as to who is trying to sell this stuff.

Received the same call last week for GEFI.  
Received another call today12-8 with a new name AHII

If this was a cold call from a legitimate financial company they would identify themselves, company name, etc.

Received a call from this number at 7:30 am PT today. Male voice advising stock picks. Don't want this call nor did I ever request it.

Robocall about a Cigarette Stock.

I received a robocall from the at 5:30 a.m. this morning! I sent it to voicemail (and subsequently have blocked the number). The voicemail goes:

"... trading on the OTC bulletin board. American Heritage International is the lowest priced manufacturer of e-cigs in America. E-cigarettes are the fastest growing segment of the tobacco industry. This company has great fundamentals but a lousy chart skewed due to Canadian markets. You'll know what I mean once you research it. AHII, take a look. Thank you."

Same robocall as the preceding message.  BUT at 4:55 a.m.  When you have elderly relatives in fragile health, they are the first thing you think about that early in the morning!  Maybe futile but I will be calling American Heritage this a.m.

Re: American Heritage

I work for American Heritage and I found this site in my investigation as to why people are getting calls supposedly from our company. I can say with 100% certainty that our company has absolutely nothing to do with these robo calls. We didn't authorize these calls, we didn't know about them and we are doing our best to investigate. The first time we heard of these calls was this morning when we started to receive calls from angry people.

I got it last night and again this a.m. around 5:30.  Furious!

I received the exact same call this morning at 6:32 which awake me and went to my answering machine.  The message was about OTC bulletin board American Heritage International and e cigarettes.  I will turn off my answering machine before going to sleep and report this number to the National Do Not Call Complaint registry  - I am on the do not call list.  It was a  guy on the phone and he kept stumbling over his words.  I think there needs to be a way that federal action can be taken to shut people who do this stuff down!  This is really too much when people are being deprived of sleep.
