They call me at least three times a day....asking for the name of the guy that previously had my phone number.  I have informed them 9 times, thus far, that I am not the person they are looking for and to please stop calling.  Each "agent" has apologized and taken down the information to stop the calls....but...miraculously....they STILL KEEP CALLING and each agent thereafter keeps saying there are no notes on the account.  GRRRRR.  I wish I had taken my new phone number from someone that actually pays their bills....so frustrating.

yeah as far as i can tell its sallie mae   I am overdue on my payments..and yes they call several times a day...and not always from the same number.

its sallie mae. they call me like 20x a day with different phone numbers.  i told them that i didnt have a job & that i would be going to school & somehow they still call me. they are annoying as hell.

I'm the co-signer on the account, and the main person has an adjusted agreement with (apparently) one department, but they're still calling even though payments are being made.  On time, and monthly.  This shouldn't be ok!  They're calling every hour and no message is left.  How is this not harassment?
