I Googled it, Yahooed it, and Duck Duck Goed it and all I got out of RRF is Restaurant Revitalization Fund.  So, how did you manage to come up with it being a debt collector?

When I googled it I saw a lot of the "restaurant revitalization fund" but I knew that couldn't be correct. I kept scrolling through the list and finally after several of the restaurant thing, a debt recovery article came up.

If you are referring to the one from U mail (I can't type the name out because of site rules) then that has nothing to do with a debt collector.  It is simply click bait because once you try to get more information it tells you that there is none.
