The link above describes interpretive guidance by FINRA regarding a firm's requirement to maintain a "do not call" list.  If you request that you not be called, the firm is required to include you on their "do not call " list.

Sounds like a scam is not an accusation, its an opinion that is validated from the cold caller's shady message tactics.  Nick called me as well, but unfortunately I was out and didn't get to hear his pitch.  I'm sure it was a doozy.

Just got a VM at the office from Craig at Garden State. No message except "please call me." Almost fooled my very sharp receptionist who weeds out these types of calls all day long. I am SO TIRED of telemarketing calls from brokers!

Got a call from a Craig Margolese from the same number.  No indication of the reason for the call or the company other than to state he was from "Garden State."  After seeing all these posts, there was no reason to call them back.  Thanks for everyone's input.

Well... they have crappy sales tactics. I wonder how many customers they actually get from these stupid calls
