Call no response when you say hello?

Comes in almost everyday. Silence in the background. No one ever answers.

received this call on  January 14, 2010. I didn't answer it because we have a scam collection agency harassing us since September 2009 and no one will help us. AT and T said we would probably have to change our phone number. I feel we are in prison. I have filed police reports and reports with the Mo and NY attorney general office and they can't find these people. I am thinking they are calli ng us from outside the US, because the majority of time, they sound like black men with an islander speech.
