Left message regarding "problems with your mortage company". Afraid to call since personal mortage is up to date and afraid that if I call that will allow them access to personal information with out me actually knowing who I am talking to.

This is Bank of America Mortgage.
They called me regarding a property claim I had ongoing. I told them they need to identify themselves better when leaving a voicemail because it sounds like a scammer.

Positively Bank of America mortgage department.

They keep calling & hanging up.  The Caller ID only has "800 Service" for the business name.

When I call the phone number "877-487-8186" back I find out it's Bank of America Home Loans.  For going on 3 weeks now they have no idea why I keep getting these calls.  Bank of America only excels at corruption & incompetence …

They called me a gain today as well as a few times earlier this week from this number.  Now when I call this number back it's their credit card services.  Why is this not against the law ?

This number calls and leave a vague message regarding mortgage - called my cell and they definitely don't have my cell number

Got a call from this number with no message left on the answering machine. CID just says toll free call. Doesn't sound like legitimate BOA call. May be a spoofed number.
