i called them by myself and talked to them
and what they are trying to do is confuse me
and get a personal info from me.

they claim to be identity theft service
but the way i see it
it is THEY who ARE THE IDENTITY THIEVES.

they even knew that i am a member of the bank of america
and claim to be one of the enveloped services
that the bank sent home.
(which doesn't make sense because i don't open them at all)

They even try to tell me if i want to be out of the service,
so i told them i want a refund,
then they will ignore what i just said and will tell me
they are the identity theft services and so on and on and on and
will ask me if i keep want to be in the service.
they go on with this for 3 times to finally listen
and tell me some number which they claim to be the cancelation number,
but I don't believe them.
because she was trying to speak it as fast as she could and just hung up.
