have payment set up and they will not look on their computor to see it. They keep calling.Week now after they said they would stop

Have payment agreement but they still call,after they say they wood take care of it.How hard is it to take it off computor to not call as they said they would ,after they seen I had set pay date up on computor. They can list it to call but can not list it to stop? Why not do what they said they would do?

They call me at all hours of the night and they leave me voicemails endlessly!  The latest voicemail stated that i had 4 hours to call if not there was a restraining order being placed agianst me.  I have reported them. I did what they asked and returned the box and all components by the deadline and they are still wanting money...scheisters!!!

We don't have direct tv, this has to be a scammer! Beware and don't give them any information. Ask them for theirs and get a number to call them back. If its like the rest of the scammers, they will hang up on you!
