They call my work and my cell and leave no message!

called me n didnt leave message.

been getting this call for 2 days

They've been calling me about 4x a day for the past few days. I never answer, they leave a 1 second message before they hang up.

i also got a phone call from this number for days.
I dont know who they are and also dont know why they are calling me for.
they called me twice a day now, in the morning and during a day.
does anybody know who they are?

It's from T-Mobile phone sales.

I received a call just now, They told me they are from T-mobile and T-mobile is closing their flex pay plan so he try to convince me to change into post paid account, I told that I will call them after coz I am busy at that point

I received a call from this number today on my t-mobile flexpay phone. The call seemed a bit disorganized, but more or less legitimate. The man explained that t-mobile is phasing out its flexpay plans and that flexpay accounts would be converted to post-paid accounts. Here's the info the guy asked for:

*Confirmation that this is [firstname lastname]
*Confirmation of the number of minutes per month on the phone plan
*Whether I do any texting
*Whether this phone has an internet connection

After collecting the info, he asked to put me on hold for about 3 minutes while he got ahold of an 'account specialist' (I think that's what he said). After about 2-3 minutes, he came back on the line, informing me apologetically that the account specialist agents' computer systems were down. He then asked about a convenient time later today or tomorrow for them to call back.

3 calls in 2 day that i did not answer,  No messege left.  AND...they refuse to communicate with me via snail mail (written) even though I requested to do so.

I just recieved the call just now and they told me they were from Tmobile to verify my account just as you guys said earlier. After they spoke out my current plan for me to confirm it, they asked for my last 4 digits on my credit card but I didn't give them because I was afraid if they are possibly other fraud. So in this case, how could I know if they are really from the authorized Tmobile reps.

first call today, didn't answer - no voicemail. i have tmobile flexpay.

Hey guys, this is basically me calling you. I work for T-Mobile and we're simply calling our flexpay customers to tell them Tmo is going to end flexpay service. Just trying to help you and get you into a better account. No fraud, no silly business, a legit call. Try to be nice to us, it kinda sucks to work in a call center.

I got a text message about the upgrade from flex-pay cause they are getting rid of it. All you have to do is call 611 from your phone and do the process that way.

I don't know why I would be getting a call from t-mobile changing my flex pay account to a regular account when I did that at the end of June. I am no longer a flex pay account memeber. You think they would only call flex pay ccount holders and know who each flex pay account holder is.

I got a call from this number too... But I already have a Post Pay account...lol (I switched over to that from Flex Pay like last year) Weird...

No longer their customer as switched to Virgin. They keep calling and hang up with no message. Very frustrating!

If this is really you then [***] you. Always calling me and when I pick up you don't say ANYTHING. It's been more than a year! You call me at 6 am, 7am, 9 am, anytime you want. Just leave me alone. [***] YOU.

they called me today saying that i need to change my plan since flex account are closing , i said ok then they transfer me to another woman (with indian accent) she ask for my password on tmobile, i gave her a wrong one , she said ya thats correct , i knew it was fake , so i hang up.
