Keeps calling my cell phone. Never leaves a message.

Calls my cell too.  No message.

Claims to be US Bank Home Mortgage, Important to call right away - of which we have none.  By calling back I suspect I am helping to build their database of "fools".

It is us bank calling to tell you that your loan is late.

Positive it is U.S. Bank, same annoying background music that you constantly hear when you attempt to take care of any matter!

I paid my bill on time, it posted, two day later when it would be past due, they assesed a $25 fee. I called them and they hung up on me three times. I try to call back from that phone and it gets immediatly dropped. I call from another line and a snotty lady is rude so I hang up. They called back and said they had all my information and was going to charge ME with harassment. If I try to call back from either of the two numbers I get the same lady, there is no way around her to talk to someone about a fraudulent late fee. This Bank has no customer service for people who are paying their bills in this economic disaster, how do they treat someone who i falling a little behaind and doing what they can.

They just called me and told me to relay a message to my neighbor that they are looking for them and wants them to return their call.  Are you FLIPPING kidding me.  I told them charge for delivery service and if they call me again I will ONCE AGAIN REPORT THEM!

Mesage for my neighbor was to pass on.I said call them not me was told to pass it on and profanity was used. I called back got someone else at the same extension he also swore at me and threatened me for a harrassing phone call complaint.

877-490-7827 comes up on caller ID as unknown and the number 1.  Left 2 urgent voice mail messages stating to call USBANK back at this number ext 6617.  I didn't call back.  Called again this morning.  Told the individual to quit calling and get me off their list.  Two seconds later, she called my other number.  She knew my name and I told her to quit calling.  She said that I have a late payment and was going to mark me down as refusal to pay.  I do not have any late payments and knew she was a fraud.  She got nasty right away, again knew shes a fraud.  

Just spoke with my branch office and they verified that they would not do this and that it must be a scam.

BEWARE and DO NOT give them any INFORMATION!

Got a call today saying that my US BAnk account was overdue. Since I do have an account with US bank, I called them back. They tried to get me to give them a CC# over the phone to which I refused. THey said it was 17 days late and would go to collections. Obviously they were trying to scare me into giving them a CC#. Big time scam.

goit a message about an account that I haven't had in years with US bank, suspect soomething fishy because I don't deal with banks and to call me 5 or 6 years after I no longer have an account there is just suspect to me

Anyone have an address so I can send them a letter? US Bank web site has nothing of the sort.

got a call from this number while out; obviously will not call back;just another   of the zillions of scams

I found a sight that i was able to get some help on to stop problems like this one with us bank or any type of mortgage.
Go to https://help.consumerfinance.gov and file a complaint. They responded with in 72 hours with a update on the complaint and again a few days later. So far so good no calls or letters from them.

I answer the phones at a business office. This number pops up on the display screen and when I answer the line cuts off - NOBODY THERE. Now when I see it, I just transfer it to the fax line.

877-490-7827 called to remind me of a Past Due Acct.  I then took care of the acct an life is good!

I just got a call from this number today, said they were US bank home mortgage, but they had some facts wrong, claimed my mortgage was late and coming out on days that I don't have autopay set up for.  I called the bank to verify I was not late, beware.  smells like  a scam

This number just called me at work and I have told US Bank repeatedly to not call me here.  The only number that does NOT have my work number on file is the mortgage department for US Bank, so something's up. No message left. My mortgage account is up to date. Very weird
