According to callerdb.com, the number has no assigned location and is likely spoofed.  Someone or some business that deliberately lies about their phone number deserves to be blocked, ignored or never answered.  Just my opinion.

Lady asked if Id take survey. U of  Pennsylvania? NO

call 2-5 times a day. decided to call them back picks up to a youth health study survey.

Repeatedly called and when I finally decided to see who it was, a lady from the university of PA. wanting me to participate in a survey. I told her that I was not interested and that I was on the federal and state do not call list and asked her to remove me from their call list. VERY rudely, she told me that if I answered a few questions "correctly", she would remove me!!! Unbelievable!

Tip: tell them to "please put me on your internal do not call list," since they're exempted from federal no-call mandates of commercial telemarketers.

There's from Univ of Pennsylvania and have called half a dozen times.  I asked to be placed on their no call list and they've ignored/railroaded over my request and continue asking me to take the survey. A man who identified himself as Tom Curtis was especially entitled and unprofessional. Someone named Cassandra Emmanez (?) called the next time and said that they were exempt from any no-call obligations because they weren't selling anything. So I turned to this:

Haven't seen aggressive tactics to cold calling like this since the 80's or 90's.  I simply asked them to please remove me from their list.  The guy called me back.  I told him off and asked to be removed again.  He actually called back a third time.

8774922607 calls every several days.  Complete spam.  Never answered it.

They called at 11pm on a week night.  877-492-2607 tried 2 times that night.

To get off the list you have to say, "Please put me on your internal do not call list,"

Even if it is a survey or a charitable organization, they are required to remove you from their internal calling list if you ask them to remove your number. However, many of them  ignore the request and at that point you can file a complaint since you have asked to be removed and they are not in compliance .

Three calls in five days. Keep trying. I grow happier with every ring.

I get a phone call daily, phone rings once and hangs up. Is our economy this bad that strange people need to make prank phone calls? Oh yes, our economy is alive and well, YEAH [***] RIGHT!

It's called a ring through and it still occasionally happens even with current tech. The call is actually going to another number but a "glitch" will cause your phone to ring only once and if you pick up you hear a normal dial tone. These are not prank calls. They are nothing more than "system glitches".

Received a call every day this week. Called them back, same thing "this is a study..". I left a message to take me off the list. I think they are robocalling everyone. Useless people.
