This number calls my house every 15 minutes never there, if I dont answer they let it ring for a full minute. No idea who this is, but I feel they are crossing a line towards harrassment.

7 calls in an hour... Call it back, busy signal.

They claim to be with Microsoft and ask for all your information, including passwords, remote access code and computer serial number. DO NOT GIVE THEM THIS INFORMATION. I contacted Microsoft to verify it was not a legitimate call and they informed me that Microsoft DOES NOT contact customers unless they are working on a case with a customer. In this case, you would have contacted Microsoft first, been assigned a case number and would know that your agent was going to contact you to further help you address your reported problem. AGAIN, DO NOT GIVE THIS NUMBER ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!! IT IS A SCAM!!

Always calling my home phone every 15 minutes and I’ve asked them to stop and they haven’t
