Thanks for sharing, I also got a call from this number. Didn’t answer it.

- asserted this as a 'mediation case' with an case ID FDA  (number)
- asserted this was for SF county
- my name was incorrectly stated
- Tim Hansen was the name given by the calling party
- sound in background was that of a call center
- I recall another phone call simliar to this one with the same incorrect name some months back. Before this was a service that offers to mediate, but actually they wish to settle and get paid.

The lady on vm gave a claim number. I called back after blocking my number and the message on their vm was a female saying "you've reached the claims processing department'. Sounds very generic to me. Called then back 28 times and rings a few times before going to vm. Probably due to my number being hidden.

TIM HANSEN called me and would not provide me any information. Was very abusive over the phone and gave me a wrong name and address. I called back and asked for a manager.. They then transferred me back to him.. SCAM!! Please do not give any information or money!
