ACT* WOMENS HEALTH charge- found it this is for Women's Health Magazine. An special offer available through Active.com (sign up for runs such as Color Run, etc).  You get a free subscription for 90 days and then they start charging you for the magazine until you cancel it. If you call the 877 510 9551 you can look up your account to confirm and cancel if you wish.  Hope this helps others as I was in a panic trying to figure out what the charge was for.
