I have been getting calls for days. The last one was this will be escalated if I don't contact them. Scammers. How about certified mail, is the only legal form of notification on legitimate situations.

I tried calling the 877 number. They explain to me what is this about. They also said that if i have an attorney they can actually to my attorney on my behalf which is okay. But i don't have one. They explain to then they will sent it to me via email if i request it which is ok for me. Maybe it's up to us whether we believe to them or not. But they didn't take my information especially my card number

It's okay to listen to them first before reacting. Don't do to others what you wouldn't want it done to you

Whatever they are talking about, request it in writing. They are required by law to provide that. If they don't, I wouldn't worry about it.
I do not owe any money anywhere. These types of calls can be very jarring though.

They are blowing up my phone and I have NEVER had a pay day loan.

From reading other people's post, is Oak Hill Management a scam or legitimate?

They called me saying that they're going to file a lawsuit against me.

Relentless. Case number is  a joke and they got a hold of my siblings numbers as well. I have blocked and reported. SCS Couriers doesn't exist.  SCAM ALERT. They use some little old lady.

I called them today because they won't stop blowing up my phone.  Tried to tell me I am a point of contact for a ShoMingChing and this is a lawsuit.  I told them I have no idea who that is and to quit calling me

They are calling and leaving msg for my son to call an 877 number and gave a reference number. Msg stated he had to be available to sign some papers and if he isn’t there they will go to his place of employment on record. Stated this is a time sensitive matter but didn’t say what it was regarding. This has to be a scam because they couldn’t even pronounce my son’s name correctly. How can I get them to stop calling?
