They called as a travel company.

I got a call from this # 1877 525 2114  the lady said i won a trip .Then i was told i had to pay 575 .00 and what are the last 3 #s on my last check i told hear did not have checks????.Single father sick of  scams!!!

I got a call from this number today. Apparently I won the Annual Disney Promotions Trip/give-away. The caller went on and on about all of the details "4 days/3nights in Orlando, passes to Disney World, hotel stay with ocean view...PLUS a holiday in Cancun, Mexico...blah, blah, blah" She then said that I need to provide the number at the bottom of a cheque from my bank (my bank account info), in order to receive a confirmation number verifying that I won this "wonderful" prize. She got very persistent when I said, "What's your number? I'll call you back". I eventually had to hang up on her. I am not convinced that I am the big winner, however, just a name on a list of a potential scam. Proceed with caution!
