What did you want      who are you     If you called you could have left a message   So do not bother calling back

This is UPMC Insurance.  They called us to verify the Medicare Insurance we signed up for, with them.  I don't know why they don't leave a message and let us call them back, but they never leave a message.  I listed them as survey, because the true reason is not listed in "Call Type".  That would be contact of customer.

Still UPMC Medicare, but this time they left a message about a meeting.

Called that number back- was told that I reached a number that was no longer in service. Has been disconnected...
What's up? Number just showed up on my phone id. Getting tired of this nonsense.

Calling people at 8:00am in the morning..I have repeatedly told them NOT to call my number but they keep calling year after year.even after I have told them to STOP calling my number and REMOVE my number from there data base.UPMC is a low life worthless company who thinks that they are so big that they can do what they want..These people need to be sued!!

UPMC uses this number to inform UPMC insurance subscribers about programs or Q & A presentations that may be of interest to them, They call about once or twice a week. The message is recorded if the answering machine picks up. Unfortunately, I don't know of way to opt out of this benefit other than to block the number.

They keep calling even though I DON"T HAVE UPMC!! UPMC ONLY cares about themselves and NOT the people they are supposed to HELP!! They ONLY want to help THEMSELVES and to H*** with what we want!!!
