Who are these people?

This number calls very early in the morning. Annoying.

Numerous calls...never leave a message.

According to my caller-ID, this number has called several times in the last few days (as "800 Service"), but left no message. When I dialed the number, the recorded voice announced it was FIA Card Services and to please wait while it gathered my information. I hung up... FIA Card Services has also called a few times from another number, 800-536-1584, which actually shows FIA Card Services in caller-ID.

If they have business with us, they should leave a freaking message!... Otherwise, it's not important enough to call so often.

FIA Card Services is the department at Bank of America that calls if you are behind on a payment or they have a debt to collect.

I Totally agree with Annoyed in WA. If your calling from a company. 1. You should display your company name and number on the caller ID's of the customer your calling!! If I don't know the number calling me.. I most likely won't answer as you may or may not be a Sales Call!  2. Don't hide behind CALL SPOOFING! Again your call won't be answered!  3. Leave a message!!!!!!!!!! 4. Most people who work tend to work during normal business hours of say 9-5PM. Calling a customers home number X amount of times won't get em to answer if they are at work!!
