They called my cell and machine msg with reference no of file...no clue who the hell they looking for...if I owe somebody money it be live person not recorded msg..

This is fdr for Cibc bank..i have never even had an account with them so they have no reason for calling me. They managed to get my cell number and are constantly calling my landline.  Will never answer their call because I owe them nothing!

They claim to be calling on behalf of CIBC so I checked with CIBC, who said FDR is not affiliated with the bank in any way. It is a private collection company that purchases old accounts that CIBC has already written off. So even if some idiot gave in and paid FDR, not a dime would go to CIBC. FDR relies on people who don't know about provincial statute of limitations on debt. If you call back and acknowledge the debt, you re-set the clock. So don't answer or return FDR calls. Ignore them. They have no legal ability to collect from you and they can't affect your credit rating because CIBC already wrote off your debt.

This number called me TWICE today, i dont owe money, and i want CIBC'S contact info to report these pricks calling me and other people . these scums should get a real job

They've been harassing me lately as well, they'll even call my landline and cell phone at the same time from the same number. It's the same thing either a live person saying they are on behalf of CIBC which I've never banked with in my life; or a recording. I've had the same bank account since I started my first job and it definitely isn't CIBC. Getting very annoying.

Called on 09/04/18 at 10:40 AM did not leave a message.

Called on 9/21/18 at 10:30 AM did not leave a message. No caller ID

We need to have a class action lawsuit

I get calls from this number all the time saying I owe cibc money.  I don't deal with cibc and if I did and owed them money cibc would have sent me correspondance. So much phone scam. I block them all.  I have my contacts in my phone.  If I don't know who's calling I block it.

A woman called from the number 850-613-8091 and said, "Hey, this is Kyla from processing.  I was just calling to let you know that we do have your preapproved amount back for the hardship program and we did get up to $55,000 so if you could just give me a call back and we can go over the details.  My number is 877-548-5595 and you can speak to me or anyone of the representatives. Just in case, again that number is 877-548-5595 so I hope to hear from you soon.  Have a great day."
