I have been getting these calls for a while now, and looking to hire a lawyer or draw up paperwork to sue for harrassment. Absolutely a scam, they had all of the right information for me but the wrong timeline and can be very rude on the phone as well as unprofessional. They suggested my family probably took out money in my name and that im responsible.

It's from an old payday loan that was hacked by identity theft folks. They will call u and be aggressive to your family also. Block them

I just answer all the questions that they ask, but change my information to our local state police. Good luck with that follow up call! lol
