I have them calling me everyday to collect a debt for progressive. However, I didn't pay an old balance off from an old policy I had with progressive, so it went to this agency. I just paid the balance off on Progressive's website directly, called the collector, and gave them the confirmation #, so they can stop calling me. The rep was shocked it allowed me to pay the amount lol.....now..if they call me again...hell is breaking loose.

We had a voicemail message from this company, and when I called back the person I spoke with said they were collecting a debt for Payroll Management Inc. (PMI). I said I didn't know of any debt as I had only ever been leased out as an employee of PMI and that was years ago. I asked for more explanation, and they disconnected the call.

Receive calls from this number and am sick of it.

Yes, there contracted through Progressive Auto insurance, so if you have an outstanding balance with them.  This agency will be reaching out to you.

I blocked their call but keep getting voicemail. It is someone from India Receivable Management. The call is for someone I don't know. Told them they have wrong number but they keep calling.

Collection Agency for progressive insurance haven't had progressive insurance for almost a year. They're so much higher what I'm paying for the same insurance with no accidents or tickets. Like twice the price what I'm paying they like to gouge people, I don't owe them any money for anything. So don't know why they are all of a sudden calling.

They keep calling and are now using one of my contact names from my phone. This is not legal..how the hell did they get in my phone ?  I don't owe anything.

I received a call from 877-575-8182 and let it go to voicemail. I then called them back and asked them who they were and if their call was important. But they said “I need you to tell me your phone number to verify who is calling” I said I don’t need to give you my phone number, what kind of business is this. The lady huffed and said “this is a private business-and” then I cut her off and said okay bye.

From what other posters have said, RMS stands for "Receivable Management Services".

As to the address of "Worker of RMS", I believe that they now reside under the slimy side of that large rock on the edge of the stagnant pond just outside of town.  They had to relocate there since the Troll would not let them stay under the bridge because it could not abide their stench.

The residents of the stagnant pond will likely be evicting "Worker" in short order for the same reason the Troll did.

Caller id says Tristate adjust for company. Message said this is Joyce Gonzalez calling from  wireless support, please call me back. Definitely a scam call. No use of my name and really wireless support. Your wireless company won't have a third party hack call you.

There is a debt collection company by the name of Tri-State Adjustments Inc., but you did not provide any clear info about the call itself, such as what the actual message said.  Did they say they were calling about a wireless company, perhaps to collect a debt on service contract?
Without knowing what the whole message said, all anyone can do is "guess" that is who might have called, taking into account all the other posts are about debt collections.

People have posted both the name Tri-State Adjustments and Receivable Management Services Corporation (parent company is iQor Holdings Inc.)
Neither seem related to the other.

This is confusing.  The thread started out as Tri State and then went to RMS.
