Call from this number left a message to call back at 855-824-0652, which appears to be a scam collection agency.  

This is a collection agency that is very forceful in calling several times during the day and night asking for somebody that probably used our address for some scam. Now they insist that we know who this "Tommy Chan" is and insist that we know this person (probably fake).  I want to report this company to stops them from calling.

Calls from this number come in at all hours of the day. They are disturbing  my parents who are seniors, and the callers sometimes make fun of their accent. These callers are racists. The last time they called, it was late at night, and could hear on the answering machine loud speaker whispering and then touch-time buttons pushed on caller's phone-- as if they are trying to key and trigger a remote access code to listen to the messages. That is outright invasion of privacy.

The call was saying my son owed money, We are seniors. Seems to be their pattern to harass old people.  My son has not lived here in at least 20 years. He is an adult with a family of how own. I answered the phone asked them to identify themselves. When they refused I called them cowards. They hung up. They have been calling for the past 2 years. In the beginning it was once a day (at least) now its only a couple of times a week. One time when I answered the phone. I asked them what it was about. Caller said it was confidential. So I said my son's number is also confidential. If you won't tell me what it's about I cant's help you. How in the world do we get these morons to stop. It is very irritating.

Constantly calling day and night I tell them wrong number they still call back they call 3 or 4 times in a row as early as 8 am they pose as duct cleaners sometimes to try and get me to confirm my name. My house phone doesn't get used and when it does ring it's them or another number of them or someone else anyone know how to report them for harassment and stop the calls?

Calls daily...I called back ,all they wanted was more info about me,although they already had my name,,,when I asked them why,they told me it was about a debt which I don' t have.
When I told the caller they were crooks,she said the calls will continue and hung up.

This is a scam collection agency that regularly violates consumer laws.  For example if you have a debt that is older than 2 years they CANNOT take you to court or collect unless you write them a letter and acknowledge a debt. So don't do that. Basically they buy old debts from companies and harass people by trying to collect. They buy these debts for pennies on the dollar.  Also they go one step further and make up debts that DO NOT EXIST and call the target/intended victim (especially elderly people).  Please fellow Canadians: do NOT engage. do NOT give them any info. Do NOT 'verify' anything. Tell them they have the wrong number and hang up. Further if they continue to harass you ask your telephone provider on how to block them. They’ve called regarding a debt of $300 from 2006. “14 years ago” and they persist on calling me over and over again.

They call my mother in law looking for me asking me about a phone that was cut off a paid long time ago they keep calling looking for money off of me when I swear that the bill is paid off she tells me it's a recording call and what not like its driving me crazy

Trying to collect fictitious $20 from 2008. ACRM (Actions Collections) does so by sending letters every few months and calling 2-3x/week (for years now). The letter info gives it away as fake (not my real name & attached to another family member's property). Even if someone in the family did owe $20, 14 years is too long now to collect & seems counter productive since mailings cost more than $20. However, in order to get them to stop phoning and lodge a complaint in Ontario, you have to complain to ACRM first. So, I called, referred to their reference number, and they would share nothing without obtaining confidential info from me first. Why leave a reference number if it's useless. Same response as another comment, they hang up if you won't provide personal details -- indicating they DO NOT want actual resolution & more likely are looking for the easy e-transfer from someone who wants the calls to stop.

leaves me a voicemail saying this is a message for Anderso C (my last name) like there's nobody with that name in my family and called me 7 TIMES despite being blocked.
