Caller stating Cigna wants to contact me about a prescription i take. Call originated from 978-547-1086. Never a real person, always a recorded message.

Didn't bother calling back. If there's any issue with my meds, the pharmacy could tell me, or I could always call the number on my CIGNA card.

I received an automated message from "Cigna" with number listed as 877-585-3481 for me to call back.  Total scam.  According to 12Law.com site, this is number is associated with:

Have had calls from this number before, have not called them back as I cannot find it related to Cigna

I called Cigna at their official 800-222-6700 number and asked them to trace the 978-547-1086 number - it is NOT affiliated with Cigna at all. Total scam. I am assuming that the 877-585-3481 number to which I was directed is also FAKE

Update to Jul 23rd comment - I finally called the 877-585-3481 number in the message and it is an automated response (AI) by Cigna to remind me to reorder two of my seven, 90 day prescriptions that were previously filled about 80 days earlier!  Why only two out of the seven I have no idea, and I get reminders from the pharmacy so this is just a total waste of my time calling them! Argh!

The call was an automated call. I did not answer and the message left stated it was from Cigna Healthcare. Important: THIS IS NOT CIGNA. IT IS FRAUD

This is not affiliated with Cigna Health Care and this number was a scammer.

I listened to the recorded Cigna message - filled in my edress as requested - but I balked when it asked for my birthday--decided to do more checking. Checked my Cigna account online. No important messages showed up.  Checked White Pages and another reverse Phone No. look up provider. Wound up here.  Glad for confirmation I did the right thing! Thanks for the input

I missed 4 of their calls so decided to call them back. It was an AI call and said they were Cigna wanting to know if I had refilled a prescription I take (they knew the prescription by name). They wanted to know if I was going to refill it soon. I suspected something at that point, said "no" and hung up.

I've had two calls, both left voicemails, requesting I call them back at 877-585-3481 regarding my prescription.  My phone shows it comes from 978-547-1086 in Billerica, MA

I received a call that showed up on caller I.d. as CignaHealthCare. The number was
978 547-1086. They wanted to discuss a prescription. The call back number was
877 585-3481. This is not a number listed as a contact number for Cigna.

I also received a voice message from 1-877-585-3481. I looked through Cigna's website and couldn't find that number. After reading the above messages I figured it was a scam.

One call today. Hung up after asking for date of birth. Grateful I did

I called the number on the back of my Cigna Card and talked to a rep.  They said it is them.  So I called the number and they asked about refilling a RX that was due to refill in the next couple of weeks.
