This company has been on my bank acct for 4 months, in the amt of $9.95, and the POS Purch lists the 877-595-2421.  I have called numerous times to A:find out who they are, B: stop it, and have only got to recordings that run you around in circles.  Today I finally got a hold of an answering service who stated they were a third party cust service for over 40 companies, and they were opened Mon-Fri 6am-4pm PST.  And low and behold, their computers were being updated and I was told they could not help me at this time and to call back next Monday or Tuesday!  BBB charges are going to be filed!

Also got $9.95 charges from "Your Benefits" with this number. Got a customer rep, same 40 companies line, the 1st rep claimed I must have purchased a Snuggie, or Peti-Paws on line, and that this charge had been on my CORPORATE card since December. Earlier I pulled the records for my card, and the 1st charge appeared in May, and was overlooked. I demanded proof I cahrged/ bought anything, and got passed to a supervisor who claimed I must have recieved a promotional call. I told her what the 1st rep said, and asked which story was the real one. She basically avoided the question, and told me as soon as her "audio dept." came in, she would call me and play back the call for me. I can't wait.
