A woman named Samantha called in reference to a payday loan, Ths person implied criminal prosicution.threghtened fines and jail. Insisted they would contact emplover, Said there would be service or arrest for fraud at place of employment. Her speech was very agressive, intimadateing,and threating.

I wonder if she also goes by Kim. And yes, she threatens imprisonment, contact with employer, etc. This is illegal to threaten in many states. She has no power to do anything she threatens! Do not fear these people. Their job is to intimidate you into paying whatever they say you owe. Contact your state's Office of Consumer Credit Commission and verify the law.
