Answers Corporate Office.  Can not locate via reverse look up.  Debt Collector. Would not identify themselves.  Rude. Threatening.

Received call from unknown name. They left me a message stating my residence and employment. That paper are ready to be delivery to me at my work place tomorrow between 10 am to noon. When I called back a guy at the front desk answer the phone with (KS and ASSOCIATE). (Rude)! He wouldn't give me more details if I didn't have the 5 digit number.

Called stated I would be served with leagal papers at my house between 4-5pm. Told them to give them to wife because I would not be home, gave me a number to call right away and a  reference number. Called number claimed to be KS and Associates. That I was being sued for a credit card from years ago that I don't believe I ever had. But wanted me to settle for $800 Today to have it dropped. Could not validate debt at all. Was scary somehow they had all my info SSN previous addresses, etc..

Called the Sheriff Right away, they did a search they said there was no  company serving me with papers.

Did search on phone number not much came up, there is a Realtor in KY that uses same number, also googled the company, Could only find one phone number for KS & Associates, tried calling numerous times would not ring through, Sheriff said dont pay them anything. Sounds like SCAM!!
