I received a phone calll from this number and they said they were collecting on a debt, threatening to take me to court for fraud. A Monica Chase and Kim Taylor. They said they would settle with me over the phone for a lesser amount. Also received call before that from a person claiming they were trying to serve me at my place of employment.  I don't think they can take a perso to court for fraud when its a small loan debt.

I was told I had to reply because I had to appear in court Monday on a fraud charge. I did not commit any kind of fraud. Since when are citizens summoned to court via a phone call from unknown ID? No letter, no prior warning. 877 is toll free code, not a Maricopa County area code. Report them, tell them you are on to their scam, you have talked to lawyer..and have fun dancing with Bubba in jail. Seriously I get these calls on occasion, I look up and sure enough many others have reported same scam, same threats. If you have a land line call the number back hang up about 50 times so they cannot call out. I read that on one reply, great idea! I feel bad for people who fall for the b.s. Not to worry. F'em.
