Jessica Johnson called yesterday and told me she was with DDS (didn't elaborate on wtf that was) and said I needed to call this number immediately or else someone would show up at my work and disrupt it.  She gave me a case number to give to TFG & Associates when I called them.  Before she called my work line, she called a business that my boss owns looking for me!  I have no idea how they got this information, but it's rather scary.  I immediately searched TFG and quickly found pages of results from this website under several phone numbers.

She called my office again today asking to speak to management. I told them no one was here and she gave the same script and said if this employee didn't call today, they would proceed without consent.  They said yesterday I'd be served in one hour...  Definitely a scam still, they just got a new number again.

I just received a message from the same number providing a case number for me to reference and informing me that they will move ahead without my consent if I don't return the call. They then turned around and called my daughter, claiming they were from our County, and we're attempting to deliver legal documents to me and wanting to verify my address. She informed them I've lived in the same location for 20 plus years and they should have my address. Inquirer asked if she would notify me of their attempts to contact me, and she politely told them no thank you. They do not leave a business name and I am not in the habit of returning unknown 800 type phone numbers. Anyone else knows if this is legitimate or a scam, I'd sure like to know...

They have a list of family members obviously... They've now contacted another of my children.   Hmmm.  Had something similar to this happen a few years back.   They contacted numerous people associated with me.   It was NOT legit.

They called my work. How they got that number not sure but they thought it was my home address. They talked to management who would not give them any information but they left a case #

Phone call came up as unknown, and saying to call this # back. Said to call back and today was their last effort in reaching my mom about a case filed against her. Has called my mom before, and i just got a call today. She said her name was melissa Adam. Was obviously a pre recorded message as my mom’s name was spoken differently than the rest of the message

they called my office left a message saying about case number check on the web found out it was robo call

Scam. This number keeps calling my cell and leaving a message concerning my brother and legal action/a case against him. It shows up as a blocked number. No real law firm will ever block their caller ID number! Don't even answer the phone. I've been ignoring their calls. It's obvious that they tracked down my brother's family members, including me even though I no longer have the same last name, since I got married a few years ago.

I just got a call from this number, claiming to be A-1 Carrier.   Asked to leave a message for me, so they did not realize they had actually called me.   I have had these calls before, threatening to get me fired from my job if I did not give them my address so they could serve me with court papers.   It's a scam.   They will also call relatives.

Wasn't able to answer call so they left messge. Gave me a case number and this phone number. Said if we don't response legal action or they will proceed with case. They didn't identify on behalf of who they were calling

this is the number that called me at work 877 629 6843 with a case number regarding a card I had from 2011. Tried telling me the statue of limitations in OH is 8 years.  Think again. They had all my Information but are just using scare tactics of trying to sue me to collect on an very old debt.  Even said they’d send a letter through my email to to have me sign electronically if I wanna set up a payment plan before they take legal action.
Give me a break. It was the falcon group out of San Diego.

Received same call from the falcon group right ?  Any info on if this is even a real legal

I received this call on my job as well on September 13 2019 Friday about some documents services with a file number not what it’s about .

They called me and said my ex-husband open up a bank account with my information and they told me my information including my Social Security number !!  I have had to call the credit agencies to put a freeze on my credit reports  and I’m now waiting for a callback from Social Security !   When you look up the falcon group their phone number is different than this phone number so this is obviously scammers using the falcon groups website with their own phone number !

This same number called my mothers phone and tried to show up at my job trying to serve me papers but could not get in the building . I called the number back they left on the message it was about an old debt back in 2010 they had personal info but not so much on the company I owed which was a red flag ! They also called block and left this number on voice mail . He tried to go through all kinds of measures to get me to pay until I told him to send everything in writing by mail then we can proceed later and his whole attitude changed . He told me I had to pay by 6pm that day to get the offer and he was sending an email with an online signature. Of course at this point I ignored the call and when I went back to the email it had been erased ! To me it’s definitely a scam! Now I have to figure out how to block my ss# from people like this .

Kaplan was one of the names of a criminal organization that was shut down.  Most likely some of the former "employees" have decided to start using them name again.  Both Falcon and Kaplan are nothing more then very low intelligence extortionists.

They called me demanding personal information and threatening to show up at my door. I wouldn’t give them any info and they called family members as well. Said they did a back ground check on me. How is this legal?

What makes you think that this is legal?

I’m not saying it’s legal. I’m saying how could it be legal to call people threatening them to give their personal info and when you don’t comply they threaten to show up at your door?

They called me tried to tell me I owed fa GE services that has changed to Synchrony bank which I’m very familiar with my husband has accounts with them that are not nor ever have been behind telling me I could settle this claim for 500 and something dollars unless I wanted to go to court and then it was going to be over 1000 when I told them that I pull my credit report they told me that it can’t be on my credit report and a civil suit at the same time so that’s why I didn’t see it and I said well I have my credit report monitored they asked me with who at first when I told him about was Credit karma he asked me if I was paying for that service when I said no why would I he said well that’s why you didn’t see it and so I told him that I also do  pay for Experian I know this is a bogus claim so I am more than willing to go to court he started stuttering and said they would send people over to serve me. I found this post when I Googled their number so then I called him back and let them know that they’re on the Internet for being scammers I can’t believe people fall for this bs its disgusting.
