Received a call today from a 000-000-0000, so I didn't answer. Voicemail left from some female claiming to be with Process Service Dispatch Department of the county & state I actually live in. (The female states my name and says I need to contact the legal firm handling my case @ 877-630-0125. Failure to do so, will result in legal action being taken against me without my knowledge.)  I called the 877# and a man answers. Asks for my case #. So I state the case number and he rudely tells me there are 6 #'s not 5 and then proceeds to tell me to get me thoughts and my info together & call back. Then rudely hangs up. I had actually missed a number when telling him. So I call back & get a different guy. After I give the case #, he asks for my bday to verify identity, so I stupidly give that and he proceeds to say last four of my SS#. After that he tells me he's with a collection agency in reference to a bank account that I had in 2000. I never had an account with the bank he named, ever.  He said they've tried to serve me at 2 different address that I haven't lived at in years. Said he needed an updated address so I could be served. I told him I will contact a lawyer first before giving any more info and I hung up.  Knowing I've never had an acct with the bank he named, I automatically thought SCAM.  Does any of this sound legit????
