They called me from an Unknown number and left a voicemail saying 2 charges are filed against me; had last 4 digits of my SSN. Said her name was Tina Hill and was going to serve me. 1-877-630-0163 was the call back number. Similar to the Anonymous person on a different site. I suspect a scam since they also had 2 charges against the other person.

503-765-1441 called at 6:45 in the morning - using the last 4 of my social, claimed he was Investigator Carter.  Claimed he had papers to serve me at my plave of employment.  Absolutely certain this is a scam.

I had the same message.
