Received 2 calls in 2 days, the first day no message.  2nd call message from Mr. Udel from Jason & Chambers, stating that I am being summond about being a character witness and need to contact him within 24 hours.  I called the following morning and it was about a 3 year old internet cash advance loan.  I asked the representative to send me letter with original company, loan amount and interest seperated and he said they dont do that but will check and email it to me.  I gave him email and checked several days later and still no correspondance from them.  He also stated they sent a packet to my home and work on January 3, 2013 but as of this posting, nothing has shown up at either location.

Received 3 calls from this number to my work number.  One call went to voicemail but they didn't leave a message.  Next one left a message and said that this was concerning a personal matter of fraud and needed to be resolved by end of day or legal action would be taken.  Received another callt today and told them I was at work and couldn't talk about personal business.  I asked for a phone number and the man said I'm going to see you in a couple of hours, I'll be there to serve you a Subpoena at your work place.  He gave me a hpone number and case number.  I went to the break room and called the number ... they answered the phone Litigation ... no identifying the company or anything ... I provided the case number and the woman said hold on let me transfer you to the attorney handling your case.  A man answered and said Litigation how can I hlep you ... I said I wqas transferred to you.  He said let me put you on hold until my Paralegal brings me your case file.  When he got back on he said his name was Mr. Udell and he was calling concerning a fraudulent check.  I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and told him I had to get back to work.  He said Personally ma’am I think you’re a nice person and …. I cut him off and asked WHAT is this concerning.  He said looks like you took a payday loan from one of those Scum Bag outfits on line that are ripping people off.  He said the loan was from 2011 and that I needed to pay $4,339.97 if this goes to court and I will lose my driver’s license and any business license I may hold as well as it being reported against my credit.  He said he can offer me a solution to pay 2339.97 by the end of the month, or $1528.13 and it can go away today without me having to go to court.  I told him I was at work and my time was up … he said okay we’ll be there to serve you at your place of employment today.

Got a call from a private number and this is the number they gave me to call. They gave me a case number and it is about check fraud that is going to be reported to the DEA. I never called back the number but by looking at the other readings, it cannot be a debt collector. It sounds like a fraud. SCAM. Please ignore them.

All you need to do is go back to the company you dealt with to begin with on this debt to validate if this outfit has anything or not, also check on your credit with the big 3, your entitled to a free report once a year from all 3.  Also look up your states SOL (statue of limitations) most states are around 6 years. Demand they send you a debt validation as per the FDCPA laws. See if you can get a legal verifiable address for them so you can send a cease & desist via the US mail certified or return receipt..  Follow the steps in what you need to know..  I googled this name you posted and I turn up nothing, it sounding like a extortion scam operation which uses illegal tactics to try and extort money from people.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!
