I just got a call from them.  did you ever figure out what it was about?

I got a call and case number is 305482 saying it was in reguards to a payday loan I didn't pay. I asked who the third party was they won't give the info. David their rep said to keep it out of court I needed to pay them 500.00 or 100.00 per wk. I told him I don't have those kinda funds he told be borrow from someone. I don't know if he is real or not. He said he was with CMS. I am going to ask for a email with their address and whom the third party and their adress today.

Just received a call from David at CMS 1-877-635-6382.  Very pleasant and said that my defaulted loan had been prucased for collection and he wanted payment  He said the money had been wired to my Bank of America account (I don't have a BOA account).  He had my SS#.  I denied ever making a loan for $2,000 (which is true).  His address for me was over 20 years old,.  The references were bogus.  What the??#@?!
