I actually got a call from an UNKNOWN number that referred me to 87763036425. The message said it was from Asset Verification Services and if I didn't call the originating party at 8776306425 documents would sent to me which I would have to respond to. The message had a definite threatening tone. The fact that this call came from an UNKNOWN number (which I never answer anyway) makes it too suspicious and ridiculous. If anyone knows who owns 8776306425, please post here. Thanks

I received a call from this number and they said the same thing.

I did too, same deal but it was 1-877-630-6419

I blocked my CID and called the number and they do answer Asset Verification Service and immediately ask for the case number.  Told them I would call back - need to know more about this firm first.

Recieved a call from this number regarding my ex husband.  They also contacted his other ex regarding the same.
They stated it had something to do with Federal?   I'm assuming since they had both of his ex's phone numbers that it may have to do with the IRS?
