This is a debt collector and he will call your children, your employer and your friends.  He will call anyone he can and tell them your business.  He threatens to sue you and to file on you in your county.  He accuses you of committing fraud.  When he calls,  he has his number withheld.

I received a phone call from this number today on my cell phone and work phone...Saying that i committed fraud.  They also called my mother's place of employment looking for me.

I got a call from this man today on my  cell stating that he was taking me to court for a debit, didn''t tell me what it was for, I am guessing a payday loan I took out last year, but I have been out of work for a year now just went back to work in may part time and now he is saying i need to contact him cause they are filing a summons in my county Guilford co greensboro nc can these people take you to court, I am working with my paydayrelief now and they are handling my payday loans helping me with making offers to my creditors. Is this guy for real and what should I do????
