This is a debt collection agency, they violate privacy laws and ask for personal information that is not to be shared with anyone but the debtor.  I've told them to stop calling, reported them on donotcall.gov.  They have now switched to an automated message because I refuse to speak with anyone.

Have hung up several times to indicate I was not the person they were looking for  Jessica, and calls and recorded calls continue to come?????
