I just got this same call. Twice now. They've always been calling but never left a message til recently.  I'm thinking it's a scam because when I called back it kept ringing and ringing. No voicemail or automated voice. They say they'll call my job but my manager hasn't mentioned anything to me. I believe if it has to do with the courts, you should always get something in the mail notifying you of supposed case.
