Fake/Fraud/Scam message from Wells Fargo saying I am a current & former account w/ them from 20 years ago. I have never nor will I ever have an account w/ Wells Fargo. Someone is trying to get more private information on me for whatever reason.

They want money and not your worthless information.

Call from (877) 642-7826, caller did not say where they were calling from; Said they were returning a call they received from my long, deceased father, who never has been associated with my number! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Called WF to verify. Not one of their numbers. Either a scam or phishing. Don't bite.

Just got a letter today.  Something about Unemployment product.  I have never been unemployed. I Googled the phone number in the letter and it's a scam.

got FOUR LETTERS!!! at the same time about this scam.  Wells Fargo branding on the paper, etc.
official looking letter.  had this phone number listed in the letter.
said that there might have been an accidental enrollment in a accidental death insurance and dismemberment product.

You might want to check with Wells Fargo just in case it could be legitimate (probably not, but better to be safe).
If Wells Fargo tells you it is not legitimate, take the letters and the envelopes they came in to your local Post Office and have them forward them to the Postal Inspector for investigation of Mail Fraud.

Received 3 letters same day - 2/28/2024 - has Wells Fargo logo. Says I was enrolled in a home warranty product and gives enrollment dates. Instructed me to call this number if I believe the enrollment was an error. I did NOT call!

We received this letter regarding Wells Fargo. Is absolutely fraud. People you call are just so friendly, it's horrible how advanced these scammers are getting. This number above is the one we received also.  Called Wells Fargo directly and spoke with 5 different departments and this number is not in their system.

Just got a letter like yours, what did you do?

Why do you need to know what someone else did, maybe you should call Wells Fargo and ask them about it and what they think you should do.

Since there is really good advice in the very next post I have to wonder why you think that an answer should be spoon fed to you?
