    877-643-2788 according to Countrywide it is a 3rd party company(HEART Team- home retention mgmnt)  I need more info about them too.

    Call them because if you are behind on your house payments the can help you and you will be able to keep your home.  The helped me back in June and I am still in my house and not behind on payments and everything has been brought current.  The best thing is that they got my payment lowered 200 a month and dropped interest down to an amazing 4.75% for the term of the loan.  Rates will never be that low again in my life time.  So I say jump at the chance if you can and need it.
