Claims to be healthnet and wants personal information.   Declined, of course.

Two rings only, then stopped.  Others indicate this may be HealthNet.  I just recently signed up for a policy with them, but this number is not listed as a contact number in the materials they sent, it cannot be found by searching their website, and the phone number owner information doesn't seem to be available.  No, I will not answer if they call again.

Was getting these a couple times a day recently. CID just says toll free. Wife and I are new members of HealthNet and these must be robo-calls since no answer and only rings a couple times and never a message left.  Got tired of it and called the number back.  It was like they EXPECTED me to call them!  They answered HealthNet, wanted my customer number and wanted me to take a medical history survey. Asked to be taken off list and they were nice enough to comply but said it may take a couple days to process.

I think I will call the insurance broker who signed me up with health net. He told me that it is worth doing their "health assessment" so this may be why they're calling me. But I'd rather make sure it's s legitimate call before I give them that info on the phone.

Received 2 calls from them.   Called them back on the 2nd one, and someone said "healthnet".....
I do havethis insurance but whenever  they call me they leave a voice message and a number to call them back.  This did not happen this time so I just hung up.

Same here. They called I said "Hello" (no response) so, I snapped my fingers into the phone to see if that would create a response, there was none. I returned the phone call, no one answered. Though, it dodnt ring into nowhere, it did technically pick up and I heard a weird sond almost like a beep or click. It's funny because I just attempted to call the FCC to make a statement for net neutrality. I wonder if this has ANYTHING to do with them because they're the ones that are supposed to regulate unwanted calls,  "Do Not Call" lists cetera....
I wonder if it's a call from HealthNet accounting....could be?

I received a call from this number several times . Both on my cell and landline phones. I found it interesting you mentioned you recently signed up for Health Net; I too did the same thing . The caller ID on my landline came through as a TOLL FREE CALL June 6 2017  10: 05 AM. There was No message left on my answering service.But check this out:  During the coarse of me writing this message, I decided to take a pause and dial the number. Guess What?                      A call answering apparatus answered my call after approximately 3 very strange rings. The response verbatim was ""Thank you for calling Health Net ,for English push 1 , for Spanish press 2" . Now some loud ,weird annoying music is playing. I decided to hang up. What I'll do at this point,is contact Health Net from a legitimate number listed on my new policy. I will certainly question them about the calling number I received earlier this morning. If it turns out to be legitimate , I will let them know that from NOW ON if the company needs or wants to contact me on one of my phones, the only way I will answer the call is by an identifiable caller ID #. I see NO  reason that a Legitimate Business/Company cannot contact  patrons using the Company ID/Business Name. Especially in this DAY AND AGE where Sham and Scam going on everywhere. U Know

I also have Health Net.  I called the toll free number on the back of my ID card and the rep said that there were no calls from the insurance company, The rep called the number that was given to me as the call back number.  She said that she was told it was a health assessment and free offers. I have not called back because I do not want to give out my personal information.  I am not sure if it a third party.  They call every day. I think I will block the number.

Have gotten several calls the last few months from 877-643-4350.  One I answered and they started asking me all kinds of health questions that I had answered when I first signed up with HealthNet.  I'm really leery of giving personal information to an unidentified phone person, so did not give info and hungup.  Today, I called HealthNet directly after reading the comments here to find out what was going on with the people calling from the 877-843-4350.  The CS operator I spoke with actually called the number listed here; and found out it is a company HN has hired to do surveys for them. When she asked to be put thru to their Customer Service Department at the unidentified company - she got the call on her desk.  Which she thought was weird; and that's what happened.  I lodged a complaint with Healthnet about this company at 877-643-4530 and was told that HealthNet would investigate and let me know by end of July.  In the meantime,my personal opinion is - if you are a HN Client - lodge a complaint.  AND, if you are not sure of the company calling you DON'T answer their questions.  Way to much fraud these days.  I told HealthNet Customer Service that I was blocking this survey company on my phone and would not be answering any question about my health on any # that  was not listed as a HN phone # on my HN Policy Card.

There was a long pause after picking up (several "Hellos" on our end) and then an African-American man's voice coughed and said, "This is Ramone." We stated that no telemarketing calls were accepted, they stated they were not telemarketers (though still did not explain who they were), we stated we did not want the calls anyway and hung up. It is true that a member of our family is part of Health Net although the number nor the caller identified themselves immediately as such.

You know, if these people are trying to make some kind of living doing this or if the information is supposed to be helpful, they really need to find another way to go about this that is more straight-forward and less creepy or invasive. Our appreciation to others for clearing up this mystery and no, we do not chose to divulge more private/personal (let alone MEDICAL) information to people acting like this randomly on a telephone. Totally unprofessional.

It is NOT worth doing their assessment.  They want you to agree to follow their advice over your doctors advice.  If you do not follow "their" advice then they can get out of paying! Too much to type! In short, they are NOT your advocate. Tell everyone! !

Healthnet call probably . (A subidiary who they gave the phone number to) Answered,  no response. Has called many times before. Not a user friendly company. Meds have increased 5 times.

After receiving many calls, I too called Health Net and they said they were not calling me.

I have HealthNet, but not giving out info over the phone.

I called Health Net regarding these phone calls...it is NOT they who are calling!
