Same here.  I hate companies like this.  I looked up the website owner and they're located at: 11400 W. Olympic Blvd. Ste 200, Los Angeles, CA 90064.   I suggest you send them a letter.

I live in LA.  Maybe I'll just drive down there and pound on their door.

CHECK YOUR PHONE BILLS and contact your phone carrier right away!  

I kept getting monthly spam text messages from this number.  I thought it was advertising a web site (gossipmonster.com) and ignored it since my phone plan comes with unlimited texts. When I finally noticed a strange $9.99 monthly fee, I contacted T-mobile. T-mobile was able to block this number for me, but could only refund the current month and the previous month. I was told to call the number to get the remaining charges refunded, but the 3rd party company that answered could not assist at all.

I tried to look up gossipmonster.com today, but that website doesn't even exist.
