This is a phishing number. They aren’t from Amazon, Google, GeekSquad, Best Buy, PayPal, McAfee, nor any other reputable site. If you got this in an email or invoice saying you have been/will be charged, ignore it - it’s a lie. (Look at the spelling and grammar mistakes for a clue, usually.)

They’re hoping you’ll panic, call them, and they’ll (of course) need you to give them your bank/card information so they can ‘find the order’ and ‘refund’ your money. In reality, they just want to steal your financial information.

Since you didn't want to share what the call was about and thought to 'generalize' about it, you are obviously clueless.  Missed calls could be from anyone.
Scammers, telemarketers, debt collectors, pranksters, surveys, notifications, alerts, wrong number, etc. Some use neighbor spoofing so it appears that an incoming call is coming from a local number, or spoof a number from a company or a government agency that you may already know and trust. If you answer, you can find out who it is or what they want. Just be aware some may use scam scripts to try to steal your money or valuable personal information, which can be used in fraudulent activity.
