Although I did not get a call from this number, it is referenced in a letter I received today.  
The letter was regarding some sort of car warranty extension on a car I sold 3 and a half years ago.  The envelope had no return address but the address provided on the form letter said: Service Proection Direct 1301 Jamie Ln Waterloo, ILL, 62298.  Needless to say I will NOT be calling them!

I received the same letter today for my 2005 Corolla.  No return address, no e-mail address or website.  Do not call these people.

I got the same thing on my 2000 Grand Caravan. I do have one, but I didn't buy it, it was given to me. So how did these people get my name and address?

I also got a letter. It is extended car warranty coverage. All 16 reviews that I found said that they did not honor their contract.  People that asked for refunds never got their money back.
