He claim he is from a law firm and he’s calling my friends and family and leaving my Social Security number on their voicemail and told me he has a right to he’s not telling me what it’s for I never received any information regarding it so I don’t know now I look up on Google and it shows debt collector but he’s leaving Social Security numbers and he has the right to he say

Some guy named Jason McCall states he's from Beyonce, Molina & Assoc. used my SS# gave me a case # etc.

Same as the other posts. Stated his name was Jason Mccall provided last 4 of ssn and a case #
This is a scam. Any legal issue let them send a letter to your home.

Same guy Jason Mc Call calls my brother with my info advising about a civil suit. Lol! I knew better though and told my brother not to give any information out. You will be served if anything or santioned to appear in court, etc.  They don't call family members with your info and ss# saying anything pertaining to any case. SCAM!

This was a lady calling from the firm mentioned above. Stated she will begin calling my employer about several civil matters they will be filing in my county. Listed an employer that is not mine. Stated they will be calling family until they hear from me. Explained I could be arrested and taken to jail unless I call them to resolve this matter, however, they don't mention what the matter is or the nature of the civil matters. It was a 2 minute voicemail of threats.

As stated above Jason McCall left a message on my phone with the last four of my social saying I was being sought after for a civil lawsuit left a case number with the same law firm name as above. Very concerning considering all that I have been going through at the moment but I am relieved to hear that it's not just me and not Real. Won't be calling him back watch your back

Got a call from the same number…same firm…her name was Rita Vevers sounded like.. used my maiden name from birth and my first marriage together (been remarried for almost 2 years now) and also called my parents house and dad’s cell phone and used their address. Used my last 4 of my social as well. I knew it was a scam because that’s sounds like breaking HIPPA. Just be careful with these scammers.

Just received a voicemail from Jason McCall as well, stating the exact same info as above, that there is a civil matter pending and to call regarding a US case number....cannot find ANY info about the company online

Same as the others, Jason Mccall called my sister asking for my wife's info saying it was about a lawsuit, definitely a scam, watch out.

This same guy calls my daughter today ad leaves a message with the last 4 of my wifes social saying he is going to be filing civil suits in my county, etc, etc mumbo jumbo, SCAMMERRRRRRR.
His name is Jason McCall, says he is from Beyonce Molina Associates, The thig is, if he were actually legit with  company, it would be all over search engines, but when researching him and this company, all you get is scam complaints, I have tried and tried to call him back from my phone, never any answer then goes to voicemail of Jason McCall, be careful folks, an actual debt collector or law firm sends letters and they know better than to send threats, especially a lawyer giving out socials, it's easy to find out the last 4 of someones social, but ask them to confirm your entire social and address and i bet he can't do it.
