This is the phone number of the underhanded debt collector MLR Solutions that sometimes disguises themselves as "TULSA FINANCL O" on the caller ID.  They call from numerous similar (likely spoofed) numbers like 610 768-8931, 610 768-8932, 610 768-8945 urging people to call this number about "business you are conducting"  This is just a way to try to get people to call this number.  The fact that MLR deliberately misrepresents their identity on the caller ID raises many red flags about this company which should not be trusted under any circumstances.

I have been receiving letters from MLR solutions, king of prussia for about 4 years now. All of the letters are exactly the same, stating I owe a few thousand dollars due to parking in the incorrect spot of the university I attended a few years back. At first I was worried and contacted the college I attended, but they said I do not owe money and do not have a hold on my account (which there would be if this was true). MLR solutions is trying to scam me into paying $2,743.75 all the while I actually owe nothing. Every few months I receive this letter and the only difference is the increase of money they want me to pay. I have never gotten a phone call, nor have the police shown up at my door (which was stated in the letters that would happen if I don’t pay.) Absolutely a scam and ANNOYING!

You keep getting letters yet you have done nothing at all about it?  You have not questioned why this amount keeps going up?  Did you get that in writing from the university that you don't owe anything?  If not why?  Have you sent MLR a letter back?  Have you filed a report with your State Attorney General?  Have you consulted an attorney to sue MLR?
