    They just call and hang up.  They called three times in 2 hours.

    Got this call on my cell. Since I don't answer toll-free numbers I let it go to voicemail. When I checked the message it played some weird "on-hold" type music for a while then a live girl said "hello? - hello?" - then hung up. I'm guessing a telemarketer.
