THEY ARE NOT REALLY A PROCESS SERVERS OFFICE, THERE REALLY ISN'T "LEGAL DOCUMENTS" THEY ARE JUST A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY WITH SHADY TACTICS. THEY CALL YOUR FAMILY, JOB, OR EVEN NEIGHBORS TO TRY AND SCARE YOU INTO CALLING THE "LEGAL DEPARTMENT" BUT REALLY THEY ARE ALL IN THE SAME OFFICE. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR STATUE OF LIMITATIONS BEFORE YOU PAY UP.

They have been calling my phone for weeks now, looking for someone I know. I asked them to stop, that it was my business phone! "Joe Ramirez"  harassed me when I spoke to him. Told me that I "was compromising her appearance in court by not telling him where she is or how they can contact her" I replied that I wasn't the one looking for her and that in no way did my not knowing where she was compromise anything! I was livid! I told him never to call my phone again but he did, had the nerve to leave a message When I listened to it I knew for sure it was a scam, first he worked for legal dep for PDI, then PDM, and by the time he was finished it was PPM . As far as I know, according to The Fair Debt Collections Act, all of the tactics he used were illegal. I put my number on the D.N.C. list today, I hope that helps if I have to wind up bringing suit against them.

same here if only the company that these people are trying to collect the debt for knew how they were talking to the people, their friends and family, i dont think they would be doing business with them anymore. i also put my number on the do not call list, if they call me one more time i will report them https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx
