Misleading political "poll" where I was directed to a bunch of "fear-vertising" once I revealed my political leanings.  Caller said it was for a Republican website, but supervisor denied it.  He said their company was called "Public Inside Research".

Why in the world would you reveal your "policical leanings" to some clown who cold-called? Wonder why the calls never stop? Learn anything???

It's the first and only time a "poller" has called me.  The lesson learned is to get more information so I can report them properly.  The company name they gave me doesn't exist according to Google.

Called @ 7:19pm in Raleigh, NC.  They hung up when i said hello.  Tried calling back, said number was not dialed correctly.

This was a political survey.

They call every night! Ugh! No answer... they just hang up. GRRRR

This phone number made me so spooked that I searched it out on Google, and continued to read posts from others whom it has also dialed. The next time it interupts my clarity, I won't be so frightened. I owe this to you all.

Same voice all 3 calls:  all political / 1 from Democrats / 2 independent research.  I hope the caller is LEGAL, a tax payer and would and quit calling me.  Why can't they advertise a toll free number for people who want to be "surveyed"!

i received a call from this number at 6:45pm on 9/30/10. caller id came up as "800 Service". i did not answer and no message was left. i did not receive a second call as of the date of this entry. approximately one week prior, i received several calls within 2 days that came up on the caller id as "Unavailable caller" with the number displayed as 555-000-0000. i did not answer any of them and there were no messages left. i do not owe any debt to anyone, so if any of these were debt collection calls, they were calling a wrong number.

Just this evening at about 8:40 PM received a call from 877-717-3765.  Answered it and they hung up without saying a word. It's good to read that others are getting this.  We sometimes get political calls with "surveys" but I was uneasy about a strange call like this bc a few weeks ago my Bk of America credit card was compromised as someone was using the account # to buy stuff online and in Germany.  (I'm in the US.)

Called and asked for my wife. Told them it was her husband, and they hung up on me.

This number called twice today Sunday October 10 2010.  When I pick up the phone there is NO ONE on the line.  I try to call back and all I get is a busy signal.

I assume I am being called by a roto caller which dials numbers untill some one answers. If you answer and the attendent is on another line you get nothing.

HOW CAN WE STOP THIS TRASH?

Is one of our 1000 Government agencies responsible for this crap.  Maybe they are terrorist that should get some attention..

I keep getting calls from this number.  At least once a day.  I don't answer and let it go to VM.  It's always a different person campaigning for a politician.  I wish they would stop calling me.

Called, but no one was on the line when I answered, then called back 30 minutes later and asked if I'd support Jeff Junkas for State Senator.
